Privacy Policy

Effective September 12, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how APOS, the Advantage Player Operating System, collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you create an account, use the APOS application, purchase a membership, contact support, or visit APOS public pages.

2. Information APOS collects

Account information may include your email address, username, display name, account role, membership status, billing currency, and related account settings.

User-provided operating data may include bankroll records, sessions, trips, expenses, notes, journal entries, casino research, simulation records, files, and other information you choose to store in APOS.

Security and technical information may include authentication records, IP-derived security information, browser or device information, timestamps, logs, rate-limit events, and similar information needed to operate and protect the service.

Support communications include information you provide when contacting APOS for assistance, feedback, account questions, or billing issues.

3. Payments

APOS uses Stripe to process membership payments and provide customer billing management. APOS may store Stripe identifiers and membership state needed to connect your account to Stripe, but APOS does not store your full payment-card number or card security code.

Stripe processes payment and billing information under its own privacy and security practices. Applicable taxes may also require billing-location or tax-related information to be processed by Stripe.

4. How APOS uses information

APOS uses personal information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, maintain trials and memberships, process billing state, display your private workspace, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve product reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

APOS does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

5. Service providers

APOS relies on service providers to operate the product. These may include Stripe for payments and billing, Supabase for database and authentication services, Vercel for application hosting and delivery, and Cloudflare for security or verification services such as Turnstile.

Service providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role and process information subject to their own contractual, security, and privacy obligations.

6. Private workspace data

APOS is designed around private user workspaces. Other ordinary APOS users are not given access to your private operational records. Authorized administrative access may occur when reasonably necessary for support, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service maintenance.

You are responsible for deciding what information to store in APOS and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive information where it is not needed for your use of the product.

7. Cookies and authentication

APOS uses cookies or similar browser storage where needed for authentication, session continuity, security, preferences, and core application functionality. These technologies are not used to sell your conversation or operational data to advertisers.

8. Data retention

APOS retains account and user data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account history, meet security and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business operations.

When an account or data is deleted, some information may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, billing records, fraud-prevention records, or other systems where retention is legally or operationally required.

9. Security

APOS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect account and user information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

10. International processing

APOS and its service providers may process or store information in Canada, the United States, or other countries where service infrastructure operates. Information processed outside your province or country may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to ask questions about how it is handled. Some records may need to be retained where required for billing, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

You can update certain account or billing information through APOS or Stripe's billing portal. Other privacy requests may be sent to info@aposedge.com.

12. Children and minors

APOS is not intended for persons under 18. APOS does not knowingly offer accounts or memberships to children.

13. Changes to this Policy

APOS may update this Privacy Policy as the product, service providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice.

14. Contact

Privacy questions or requests may be sent to info@aposedge.com.
